Founder & CEO
Mohab Murrar


Mohab Murrar is the founder, Chairman, and CEO of BEAT.  Mohab has over 15 years of experience in the business of technology covering business & technology consulting, engineering & development, products and projects management, business operations, business development & marketing.   His current focus is on growth, strategic planning and public relations.  Moreover, Mohab is keen on developing and nurturing a high performance culture and a customer service-oriented work environment at BEAT. 
Prior to starting BEAT, Murrar worked in technology management and consulting at several reputable firms in the USA including Booz Allen & Hamilton, America Online, and Tetra Tech Inc. 
Mohab holds a BS in Business Administration, Master of Business Administration (MBA), and a Master of Science in Technology Management from George Mason University.

Chief Technology Officer
Ali Olabi


Ali Olabi serves on the board of directors and is Chief Technology Officer at BEAT. He has over 12 years experience and is responsible for IT Infrastructure and technology strategy, investment and technical operations. Ali plays a key role in creating an efficient and stable environment to support the software development and outsourcing operations of the company.  
Prior to joining BEAT, he was the IT Director of the first GSM operator in Belarus, MDC “Velcom“, where he served for 4 years and recognized for his contribution and leadership in initiating business process automation and building the company’s IT infrastructure and core systems to support its growth from serving 50K subscriber to over 2 million subscribers during his term.
Olabi has an Industrial and Systems Engineering (ISyE) degree from Georgia Institute of Technology (G-Tech).

Director, Profusion ERP
Zakaria Abu Ismail


Zakaria  is the Director of the Profusion ERP subsidiary and his main focus in addition to architecting BEAT’s ERP solution, is growing and positioning Profusion as the ERP solution of Choice in the Middle East and North Africa.  Moreover, Zakaria is responsible for a growing team of business/financial, technology, and account managers experts specialized in the development and clients’ management of Profusion both locally and regionally.  Moreover, Zakaria has over 13 years of experience in providing business solutions through executive architecture positions.  He’s is an expert in financial management.
Prior to partnering with BEAT, Abu Ismail acted as the General Manager of ProTech for 6 years.    Before joining ProTech, Zakaria worked at TANTASH Information Systems for four years where he was responsible for all aspects of analyzing, architecting and managing solutions.  At TANTASH, Zakaria was the Product Manager/Founder of Auto-link, an automotive product widely implemented in the MENA region since 1999.  Abu Ismail holds a BS in computer science from Mu’tah university (Jordan).

Finance and HR Manager
Rana Abu-Ragheb


Rana Abu-Ragheb is the cofounder of BEAT and is currently the Finance and HR Manager at the company.  Abu-Ragheb played a key role in setting the company’s solutions and infrastructure divisions as well as in starting operations at BEAT.  Rana’s current responsibilities are to set policies and procedures for the HR and Finance departments and to manage the HR, accounting, and administrative support teams. 
Rana has over 13 years of experience in the technology industry and has been in management for over 7 years.
Abu-Ragheb holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) majoring in Management of Global Information Technology from American University in Washington DC.

Research & Development Director
Ghassan Ayesh

Mr. Ayesh has an extensive experience developing business intelligence solutions and intelligent systems, and he has pioneered 3D business applications deployed in various sectors of industries such as banking, hospitality, and government sectors.

He is regarded in the industry as an innovative, technologically sophisticated manager with outstanding experience building and managing large project teams in the development of enterprise-wide IT solutions. Prior to joining BEAT, he worked at various high profile organizations, including Fair, Isaac, Inc., Adea Consulting Group, HealthScout.com, Capital One Financial Group, and others. His track record is replete with various high-level technologies including artificial neural networks, evolutionary genetic algorithms; quantum computing and biologically inspired systems, complexity, the hybridization of all above, and more.

Director, Business Development
Jamal A. Dweik

Eng. Jamal A. Dweik lived in the US for about twelve years; spent a good portion of his professional experience working in the US market.  Mr. Jamal has a key role in developing business in the international markets, USA & Sudan, as well as the regional ones, KSA & Bahrain. Coming from a technical background, Mr. Dweik is considered the communication hub between business people, BEAT’s customers and prospects, and technical teams.  Formulating products and providing high-level solutions’ architectural components provided by Jamal have always helped business owners as well as technical people better picture the problem and how technology addresses such problem.  Both his technical background along with his analytical visionary insights continue to bridging the gap between business needs and solutions.  Mr. Dweik graduated from the University of Florida College of Engineering.
